DSC-214M Universal Access Door Karp Access Door

The Karp DSC-214M Universal Access Door is a distinctly superior access door for new installations or remodeling. The exposed flange adds rigidity to the unit and perfectly conceals the rough wall opening. Flexible anchor straps can be provided for installation within masonry opening. The Karp DSC-214M access door is also available with a stainless steel finish.

Construction Information

  • Access door sizes of 12" x12" and smaller, door and frame are 16 gauge steel (or if specified, stainless steel). On larger sizes, door and frame are 14 gauge steel (or if specified, stainless steel).
  • Door trim is one piece construction
  • Hinge is exposed continuous piano hinge.
  • Locks are flush and screwdriver operated with stainless steel cam and studs, or will be key operated with cylinder lock with automatic dust shutter.
  • Finish shall be prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, painted white. Stainless Steel door has a No. 4 satin polish finish.
